JCamp 180 Fundraising Fundamentals

Fundraising Fundamentals is open to anyone (staff member or volunteer) who is interested in understanding the fundamentals of successful fundraising. This program is developed for camps without full-time development directors who are seeking a comprehensive understanding of what is possible.
We will cover the following topics:

  • Creating a Culture of Jewish Camp Philanthropy
  • The Donor Giving Cycle
  • The Art of the Ask
  • Best Practices in Annual Campaigns
  • Successful Capital Campaigns
  • Camp Legacy Fundraising
  • Developing useful fundraising plans

The program runs Monday afternoon through Tuesday, 2 pm on November 7 & 8th at the conclusion of the JCamp 180 Annual Conference in Springfield, MA. Registration is free, open to anyone, and there is no application required. We reserve the option of capping the program to 45 participants or giving preference to JCamp 180 affiliated organizations.

Interested in registering for Fundraising Fundamentals? You can register for this program when you register for the JCamp 180 Annual Conference; registration for the conference (and this program) will be live from mid-August through mid-October.
